Spotlight Development’s Inclusive Mississauga Project Awarded Funding Through City’s $44M Affordable Housing Incentive Program

Spotlight Development is proud to announce that its latest project, The Inclusive Mississauga on Ninth Line, has been selected to receive funding through the City of Mississauga’s $44 million Affordable Rental Housing incentive program.
Toronto - March 26, 2025
The project is being developed in collaboration with Harbour Equity and Your Home Developments, two long-standing partners committed to creating inclusive, community-focused housing across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA).
With funding support from the City of Mississauga and the federal Housing Accelerator Fund, the project will deliver 65 deeply affordable rental units within a vibrant, mixed-use community.
Phase 1 of the development—Buildings C and D—will introduce 378 purpose-built rental suites to the Mississauga housing market, addressing a growing need for stable, long-term housing options for individuals and families.
