Tyson’s extensive background spans design, site analysis, construction, and building science, equipping him with the skills to expertly guide developments from conception to completion. His technical proficiency, combined with a deep understanding of sustainable building practices, enhances Spotlight’s commitment to creating inclusive, community-driven developments that empower people.
A LEED Green Associate, Tyson also holds an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology from Humber College and a Revit Certificate from George Brown College. His dedication to innovation and excellence aligns seamlessly with Spotlight’s mission to drive sustainable urban growth through thoughtful, people-first design.
In his role, Tyson will collaborate closely with Spotlight’s Chief Development Officer to oversee project execution, ensuring that each development meets the highest standards of design, functionality, and community impact.
