Spotlight Development Inc. is pleased to announce that Danial Zolfaghari has joined the company as a full-time Sales Associate.
After working with the team in a part-time capacity since December 2023, Danial transitioned into his full-time role in November 2024, where he continues to drive sales efforts for pre-construction projects and affordable housing developments.

With eight years of real estate sales experience, Danial has been instrumental in facilitating project launches, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the success of Spotlight’s award-winning developments. His expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and client management enables him to match purchasers with homes that align with their needs while optimizing value for each project.
