Spotlight Development Inc. proudly sponsored the Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association’s (ONPHA) 2024 Indigenous Housing Provider Gathering, held in collaboration with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), NICHI - National Indigenous Collaborative Housing Inc., and Enbridge.

The gathering took place at the culturally significant Mādahòkì Farm, home to the sacred Ojibwe spirit horses, providing a meaningful setting for discussions on advancing Indigenous housing solutions. Spotlight Development Inc. was honoured to participate in this impactful initiative, with President Sherry Larjani attending in support of Indigenous housing providers and their critical work.
During the event, Spotlight’s Impact Advisor, Tim Coldwell, presented The Inclusive, a community-driven housing model designed to integrate essential wrap-around services. He shared Spotlight’s vision of creating inclusive housing solutions tailored to meet the needs of Indigenous families and communities.
