The Inclusive prioritizes sustainability and community well-being, featuring community gardens, geothermal technology, and other environmentally conscious design elements. The first project in the series, located in Kitchener, is already underway, with 2,300 units in development. The next site, planned for Toronto, will deliver approximately 1,800 units.
