Moderated by urbanist and civic leader Zahra Ebrahim, the panel featured a dynamic conversation between Sherry Larjani and Tsering Yangki, highlighting how women in real estate are navigating economic headwinds while advancing bold, design-driven development strategies.


During the discussion, Sherry shared insight into The Inclusive Condo—Spotlight Development’s flagship affordable housing initiative designed with wraparound services that meet the real needs of families and underrepresented communities. Emphasizing the importance of 24-hour childcare as a tool for public safety and gender equity, Sherry stated:


"If I were a new immigrant or a single parent, I wouldn’t know how to solve childcare as a shift worker. This kind of support gives children the care and attention they need and protects them from being exposed to crime."
