Welcoming Refugees, Transforming Lives

Costi House is an innovative 14-storey transitional housing project developed in collaboration with Spotlight and The Inclusive. Designed to support refugees as they settle into their new lives in Canada, Costi House will provide temporary accommodation along with essential settlement services, similar to Costi’s Ralph Chiodo Family Immigrant Reception Centre. This project will offer refugees a safe, supportive space, along with life skills training, housing assistance, and community referrals. Reflecting the shared values of Spotlight and The Inclusive, Costi House is focused on empowering individuals and building inclusive communities. This partnership provides a critical foundation for refugees to transition smoothly into Canadian society and thrive, contributing to the long-term growth of their new community.
