A graduate of the University of Guelph, she brings a strong foundation in strategic organization, communication, and problem-solving to her role as Executive Assistant to Spotlight Development’s President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Investment Officer.

In this capacity, Waverly plays a critical role in streamlining executive operations, managing high-level scheduling, coordinating correspondence, and ensuring seamless communication across leadership teams.
