As Chief Construction Officer at Spotlight Development, Vincent  Andriano brings over 20 years of expertise in the construction industry, overseeing projects from pre-construction planning to final delivery. With a deep understanding of architectural and engineering design processes, construction law, contract negotiation, and business development, he ensures seamless execution and alignment with strategic development goals.

Before joining Spotlight Development, Vincent served as Vice President of Construction at Prodigy Construction, where he led large-scale complex projects for seven years, managing construction operations, procurement strategies, and project execution for their 4 offices across North America. His leadership was instrumental in streamlining project delivery, optimizing construction processes, and enhancing stakeholder collaboration. Prior to that, he held roles as Director of Construction, further honing his expertise in risk management, LEED and sustainable initiatives, cost efficiency, and high-performance project execution.

His expertise in procurement, operations, and risk management has driven the success of numerous high-profile developments. A LEED AP Certified professional, Vincent holds a Bachelor of Architectural Science from TMU (formerly Ryerson) and studied Biochemistry at York University. His multidisciplinary background strengthens his ability to deliver innovative, sustainable, and high-performance developments.
